Web Design Disclaimer
Base Price for Web Design is [$1800 - $2500] which includes the initial [15-25 hours] of design time. *We are not an online store developer - we make attractive, easy to use and manage websites. In specific instances, we can assist with developing small scale online stores with 20 items or less.
Annual Web Hosting Ranges from $175 - $375 based on complexity of website and the necessary subscription. Client retains the option to pay directly for that subscription but accepts responsibility to keep payment method current so there is no lapse in the web hosting. It is imperative that the contact method is a functioning and accessible email address so client is aware of any changes to their subscription and upcoming charges.
If Wonder Studios manages the annual fee, client incurs a 15% mark up on cost of hosting.
Before web design is started, client is to provide a wish list which can include words, other websites, sample images, anything to convey the look and feel of the website they are requesting.
Additionally, client is to provide images, existing logos and graphics, videos and any content needed for their new website. If a previous website exists, back end access, if available, is required to begin creating their new website. Client required to provide access to domain if an existing domain is to be transferred to their new website.
Once first draft of website is presented to the client, client is to provide input, critiques, requested edits in a timely manner.
Wonder Studios' preferred method of communication with client is via email - this way the information is written down and easily shared with the team.
Once the allotted [15-25 hours] oftime has been reached, client will be notified, and any time over [15-25 hours] will be billed at $69.50/hr, billed in increments of 15 minutes.
Progress and web hours can be tracked via the electroinc invoice link sent to the client at the beginning of the project. Progress and web hour reports can also be requested via e-mail.
Speed of progress is usually based on response time from client.
Client to receive backend access to their new website upon completion of the structure and overall design of the website. Client will have access to make basic changes to text and info on site.
Future changes to their website will be billed at $69.50/hr, billed in increments of 15 minutes.
Logo Design Disclaimer
Base Price for Logo Creation is $600 which includes the initial 5-6 hours of design time.
Before any drafts are created, client is to provide a wish list, which can include words, sample images, or similar to convey the look and feel of the logo they are requesting.
Once logo drafts are issued to client, client is to provide input, critiques, requested edits and notes in a timely manner.
Wonder Studios' preferred method of communication with client is via email - this way the information is written down and easily shared with the team and able to be referenced as needed.
Once the allotted 5-6 hours of time has been reached, client will be notified, and any time over 5 hours will be billed at $79.50/hr, billed in increments of 15 minutes
Progress and design hours can be tracked via the electronic invoice link sent to the client at the beginning of the project. Progress and design hour reports can also be requested via e-mail.
Progress, delivery time and efficiency is based on response time and feedback from clients.
Client to receive a Dropbox link to a folder with digital formats of their logo, .eps, ai. jpg, .png. .pdf; Other forms are available in most cases at no extra charge.
Logos are kept in our online/cloud filing system and we can deliver logo files to other entities on behalf of the client for a $15 dollar charge.

The estimate I have been provided serves as an initial quote on the start of this project. I understand that the agreed upon amount includes XX number of hours on the project and that any time exceeding that amount will be billed at the hourly rate given below. I understand that the invoice link provided to me is my resource to keep track of the progress on my project and provides a weekly update on the time spent on my project. I understand that my acknowledgement of this information is required before any work will be started on my project.
