Exterior Design Inspiration
Would we be allowed to put a lightbox sign up in the place that the hanging sign in now? We like the idea of it looking older and I think it could be seen from further away.
Interior Design Inspiration
We had an idea, what if we put a large brown leather chesterfield couch against the wall in the space where the retail section is currently? It could have a coffee table in front of it and be a space for waiting for a table or just to sit with a drink. It would help to break the space up.
Another thought we had was to use some wall space or maybe on one side of the AC box above the bar for private bottle display cases.
I think we could sell them for $295 a box, it comes with a bottle of liquor of your choice, your name engraved on a trophy like metal strip that we screw to the box, we could put a little lock on the side and give the person who buys it the key on a branded key chain. We might start with one for each investor, that would be another thing they could find for themselves without us telling them.
