Our mountain home is in a protected landscape within The Natahala National Forrest and the -literal- back yard of the property is Gorges State Park. The area is dubbed the land of 250 waterfalls, compared to vistas and landscapes in Switzerland, and home to state and national parks. Gorges State Park (10 miles ) Pisgah National Forest 30 miles, Dupont Recreational Forest (30 miles) Chimney Rock State Park, Great Smoky Mountains National Park (80) miles , Rainbow Falls + Turtleback trailhead (10 miles ) Devils Fork State Park (40) miles. Historic Downtowns in the area - Brevard (13 miles), Hendersonville (30 miles ), Asheville ( 50 miles) Lake Toxaway has its own small town area with a market, restaurants, and pharmacy.

    Contract Details & Fine Print

  • You can share/sell/trade your week if you do not use it .

  • You must use your week vacation within each year or you loose it - non accumulating.

  • % owners have no rights/authority/claims on anything in or about the home.

  • % owners are encouraged to share ideas for inside the home and rental marketing.

  • % owners are encouraged to refer possible vacation rental clients.

  • Monies can be withdrawn early with penalty.

  • Withdraw under 6 months loose 75%

  • Withdraw Under 12 months - loose 50%

  • Withdraw Under 24 months loose 25%

  • Owner Week Rentals are booked first come first served.

  • All owners will pay the cleaning fees for the week usage.

  • Additional charges for holiday weekends may apply.

  • All rates will be assessed and determined for all purposes - by using the Air BB app.

  • Home appreciation estimated at 8% for 2022.

  • Signed contract will legally guarantee the investment, for sale, transfer, or other calamity.

FAQ’s

  1. Home Capacity is 6 adults + 2 children. Exceptions can be made in writing/email

  2. The week you are granted can be sold, traded, or given to anyone you choose - they can pay you direct or they can use the AirBB app to reserve the dates and pay - you will then be given payment from the principal owners within 3o days.

  3. The retail value of your week will vary depending on season. You can check the AirBB site to see how much your chosen week would cost someone else to rent. Your week is always free/included with the investment - regardless if the rates fluctuate.

  4. Weeks are picked first come first serve via the online calendar platform (AirBB) You are allowed to choose your week as soon as your contract is signed and payment is received. Your yearly cycle begins and ends on the date your payment is received.

  5. Hiking and Biking trails are everywhere around the home - but nothing is really within walking distance. The area is rural and you will need a car or similar to venture out to the small towns and other outdoor attractions nearby.

  6. Nearest Airport is 45 mins away at the Asheville Regional Airport. The Atlanta Airport is 3 hours away
