Camp Wonderdog’s Kickball Experience
This event has no ulterior motive, charity pledge or political agenda. Come and join the silly fun in a mess-around game for fun. Most of us like to win, but of utmost importance is your team spirt, sarcasm, and hijinks.
The Co-Ed /Pro-Am teams will be chosen at random (out of a hat or some other vessel). Music will be played by Jimmy Jamz, Joy Nulisch will announce the games, Tom Flip is an umpire, food will be grilling, and coolers full of water and adult beverages will be on hand.
Bring a fold up chair and sit close to the sidelines, bring your kids and they can run around in the outfield or play at the park - they won’t mess up this game at all.
Warm ups and Check In is at 6pm - First game to start at 7:15pm (ish). We need at least 15 players - and we will play a few games up to a score of 15 (or some number we may change on the fly). There are some rules that will be outlined ahead of the first pitch, but they will be loosely interpreted.
Wear stripes or animal jungle prints, if you are so inclined - costumes are NOT required - just make sure you’re in something that allows you to kick a ball and run.
**Wonderdog is not responsible for any injuries sustained during the game. We STRONGLY ADVISE all participating players to stretch out a little. (A few of us are getting older and we don’t need anyone pulling a hamstring or something!)
